All our seaview apartments are fully self-contained and equipped with Freeview TVs. They are furnished with fridge, microwave and hotplates. All apartments have decks with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and sunsets. Free wireless internet is available and BBQs are available for use by guests – for cooking that fish you caught! Note: No children under 12 years of age and NO Pets.

Apartment 6 is a large L-shaped studio apartment on the upper level, with access from that level and a carport for your car. It has a super king-size bed, kitchen and bathroom. This unit has fantastic views looking across the Whangaroa Marina, a private balcony and outdoor furniture. Sleeps 2. No children allowed under 12 years old.

Our Policies
Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the booked date incur no charges. Within this time frame, a 1 night tariff may be charged. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged unless we can re-let the apartment. No refund for early departure. Minimum night bookings may apply.
Check-ins: Check-ins are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and / or late check-out is made by arrangement only.
Payments: Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on arrival, if not already done so.
Visitors: Visitors are at the discretion of Management, but for the comfort and pleasure of all guests please keep numbers realistic as it effects our infrastructure systems. You are asked to let us know when you have visitors and you are responsible for them at all times. They are required to leave the premises before 10pm but if they are causing a disturbance or noise they may be asked to leave earlier.
Children: No children under 12 years of age.
Pets: Out of consideration for other guests (possible allergies) we cannot accept Guest's with pets.
Damage: Any damage to the apartment or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Smoking/e-cigarettes is not allowed in any of the apartments. If you do smoke inside you will be charged for appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
